7 Must-Have Kitchen Features To Add When You Remodel
If you have plans to remodel your kitchen this summer or in the near future, consider incorporating a few unique and useful features into your design! Whether you’re remodeling for comfort, functionality, or sale, you won’t regret adding newer appliances and elements that will bring your kitchen to the next level. A few feature installations to consider include a coffee bar, a smart sink, an extra dishwasher, a walk-in pantry, a built-in refrigerator, an island, a spice rack, and cabinet lighting. Below are seven must-have features to add to your kitchen remodel!
1. Coffee Bar
Your kitchen is where you start your day, and coffee is how you make it through the day–so it’s no surprise that a coffee bar is number one on our list of must-have features to add when you remodel. A coffee bar acts as an extension of your existing countertop and creates more storage. This extra storage can be used for just about anything, but it’s typically used to store items like mugs, coffee beans, drink mixes, sugar packets, creamers, and more. If coffee is a big part of your life, it should be a big part of your kitchen, too. Adding a coffee bar will motivate you to make your own beverages rather than going to Starbucks every morning (and afternoon, let’s be honest)–which will save you time and money! 2. Smart Sink
